Gabrio Strada specialises in tenancy and condominium law, rights in rem, family and inheritance law, commercial and bankruptcy law, corporate law, tax law and intellectual property law. He also deals with criminal law and provides judicial and extrajudicial technical assistance.
Carmaldo Strada has acquired experience in civil, criminal, corporate and insolvency matters, offering advice in relation to business crisis situations. He has gained specific experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, providing assistance to companies and individuals in a state of crisis.
Silvia Avogadro is a founding partner of Strada & Partners, registered with the Milan Bar. Graduated in Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and graduated from the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions, for over a decade she has held the role of Expert on Human Rights in collaboration with Prof. Michele De Salvia and Prof. Andrea Saccucci for the Faculty of Law and, for two academic years, of Expert in International Protection of Human Rights in collaboration with Prof. Marinella Fumagalli Meraviglia at the Faculty of Political Science at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.
