Gabrio Strada is specialised in rights in rem, tenancy and condominium law, intellectual property law, national and international contracts, credit recovery, commercial, corporate and bankruptcy law, family and inheritance law, and tax law. He also deals with criminal law and provides judicial and extrajudicial technical assistance.

Gabrio Strada’s further areas of expertise are consumer law, labour law, road traffic violations, social security law, civil liability, and road accidents, assisted negotiation procedures for separation and divorce, agricultural law, privacy law, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He assists parties in mediation proceedings thanks to his qualification as Mediator and Conciliator pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree no. 180/2010 and is qualified to act as Secretary at the Monza Chamber of Arbitration.
